This Loss Prevention/Inventory Shrinkage Control Assessment starts with Pre-Field Research including an analysis of your company’s inventory shrinkage results/losses; and a review of current Loss Prevention/Shrinkage Control Programs/Audits, select issues in company P&P manuals; and any loss prevention/shrinkage control meeting ‘minutes’. This background information will assist us during the on-site field portion of the assessment.

During the on-site field portion of this assessment, critical functions, tasks, and control processes known to contribute to losses/shrinkage will be reviewed in select stores/locations and DCs/warehouses.  These may include areas such as access/egress controls, receiving, shipping/transfers, RTVs, trash removal, door controls, POS task safeguards, etc.

After completion of our on-site visits and reviews, our findings are documented in a management summary report.  These findings will include realistic and cost-effective recommendations that are necessary for improved losses/shrinkage reduction in the company.
